The letter invites the national focal points of the IOC Member States, as well as their DBCP national focal points, to participate in this workshop by completing the attached form and returning it to the Secretariat by 1 July 2026.  This workshop is primarily designed for marine meteorological and oceanographic (met-ocean) forecasters, ocean data managers, and observation instrument operators. The workshop is open to applicants from the coastal nations, however the priority will be given to the Western Indian Ocean countries.
