(English version below) ESPAÑOL: El objetivo de este taller técnico regional es buscar sinergias entre los proyectos SPINCAM y BRESEP para potenciar la gestión de las áreas costeras y la definición de áreas prioritarias para la conservación. Este taller es organizado por la Comisión Oceanográfica Intergubernamental de la UNESO (Sección de Política Marítima y Coordinación Regional y OBIS), el Programa Hombre y Biosfera de la UNESCO, la Comisión Permanente del Pacifico Sur y el Centro de Capacitación Regional OceanTeacher para Latinoamérica, con el apoyo del Gobierno flamenco del Reino de Bélgica. NOTA IMPORTANTE: Para la sesión práctica todos los participantes deben utilizar su propio ordenador portátil que debe contar con el programa Quantum GIS en su última versión disponible instalado.
