The main objective of this Hand-on Workshop is to present the results of the project "Enhancing oceanography capacities in CCLME Western Africa countries Phase II", including a zoom in on its key expected output, the GIS analytic viewer “CCLME Eco-GIS Viewer”. During this Hands-on Workshop, the participants will work with the different tools developed for this web application. At the same time, this exercise will serve as a test of the application and its different tools. More specifically, this Hands-on Workshop aims to: - Present the Project and its deliverables - Zoom in on the “CCLME Eco-GIS Viewer” web application, its development and the use of each tool - Hands-on test of the different tools developed - Discuss on the way forward and research priorities in the CCLME This is the second and last workshop programmed within the project “Enhancing oceanography capacities on CCLME Western Africa countries Phase II", which is implemented by the IOC-UNESCO in collaboration with the IEO. Project Phases I and II have been funded by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID).
