IODE NODC contact points, IODE ADU contact points, IODE AIU contact points, IODE national coordinators for data management, IODE national coordinators for marine information management who plan to attend the events should inform the IOC Secretariat by 30 June 2026 and liaise with their national focal points to ensure their names are included in the official communication sent by the IOC focal point.
The meeting will be held with 2 similar sessions per day (covering the same agenda items) to accommodate all time zones and 1 final session to review the decisions taken. We foresee 3 days of meeting and 1 day for the final review. The sessions will be as follows:
Monday 5 October 2026 - Session 1
08:00-10:00 CEST and 16:00-18:00 CEST
Tuesday 6 October 2026 - Session 2
08:00-10:00 CEST and 16:00-18:00 CEST
Wednesday 7 October 2026 - Session 3
08:00-10:00 CEST and 16:00-18:00 CEST
Friday 9 October 2026 - Final session
12:00-14:00 CEST
