Integrated Costal Zone Management Some experience related to tsunami issues, such as (1) Implementation Program of Rehabilitation and Reconstruction done by BRR NAD-Nias as Director of Environment/Director of Marine anf Fisheries for 1.5 years (2005-2006); (2) Implementation Program of Emergency, Rahabilitation, and Sustainable Development done by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (UN FAO) for 3 years (2007-2010); and (3) Implementation Program of Aceh Forest and Environment Project (AFEP) done by Leuser International Foundation supported by Multi Donor Fund/World Bank for 1 year (2010-2011).

To minimaze the negative impact of tsunami disaster will be very useful, by conducting 4 aspects, such as (1) design the high validity of tsunami information; (2) effectiveness of tsunami information transfer from center to disaster location; (3) effectiveness of early warning system mechanism; and (4) networking for tsunami disater development, especially to support point 1-3 above
