Leadership:-Initiation of participatory community forums, management and development of teams in conservation and development Technical:-Project design using PRA, RAAKS and ACOSA-VBA techniques, project cycle management, convening workshops, trainings and meetings, co-ordinating research activities and logistics in remote and isolated areas, proposal and report writing, development of logical frameworks, strategic plans, workplans and budgets, participatory monitoring and evaluation Research and evaluation:-Both an anthropological/scientific approach to data collection, analysis and presentation, across the spectrum of questionnaire development, preliminary assessment studies, participatory workshops, community feedback and subsequent evaluation and report write-up. Networking and communication:-Research and establishing links with various international, regional, national and local NGO’s and individuals from local, regional and international contexts. Communication across cultural, religious, age and gender barriers through an open and participatory approach
