-A holder of M.Sc in Natural Resources Assessment and Management and B.Sc in Fisheries Sciences and Aquaculture both from the University of Dar es Salaam.
-Good command of computer software,self motivation,Ability to work with others and independently,creativity,willingness to learn,Flexible,Patient and communicative.

-I would like to develop my carrier professional in coastal communities Marine/Fisheries Management and help Tanzania as a national to have sustainable harvest of marine and coastal resources for the benefits of the present and future generations.
-I have attended short course in coastal biodiversity assessment in  Inhaca Mozambique
-I have also attended short course in communicating scientific findings to policy makers, organized by the University of Nairobi.
-Also attended short course on International Training in Mangrove conservation,in Mombasa Kenya
