Currently I am elected Vice Chairperson of the prestigious OCEAN SOCIETY OF INDIA's DELHI - NCR CHAPTER. OSI is a premier organisation engaging professionals and practitioners on oceans and ocean literacy. Prior to this, I was elected executive member of the same since the inception of this chapter in 2021. Besides, i have a teaching and research experience of about 19 years in the prestigious MIRANDA HOUSE, undergraduate college of Delhi University ( consistent ranked as number 1 college in India as per NIRF rankings; currently at 2nd rank).I have conducted courses on oceans literacy, ocean ecosystem and processes along with publications and awards for best presentations in national and international conferences; have also been associated with the Citizen of the Ocean initiative. I want to further the causes of oceans through academic collaborations- online and offline .
