Coordination of the Al Hoceima Marine Observatory, including the deployment of real-time marine monitoring systems and the integration of ocean observation data to support evidence-based decision-making.

Development and implementation of Digital Twin Ocean approaches, with a focus on interoperability of ocean observation systems and data platforms within international initiatives such as ILIAD and ODYSSEA.

Application of Nature-Based Solutions (NbS) to enhance coastal resilience and support climate change adaptation, combined with ecosystem-based management and marine spatial planning.

Technical expertise in marine observation technologies, including specialized training in underwater gliders and autonomous monitoring systems in collaboration with Alseamar (Marseille, France) and Develogic GmbH (Hamburg, Germany).

Participation in advanced training programs in marine engineering and ocean observation systems in collaboration with Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH, Greece).

Experience in coastal risk assessment (CRI/LRI), environmental indicators development, and decision-support systems for sustainable coastal and marine governance.

Active contribution to the development of blue economy initiatives, including sustainable aquaculture monitoring, citizen science integration, and stakeholder engagement.

Capacity building, training, and supervision of students and young professionals, as well as the promotion of participatory approaches in marine and coastal environments.
