Charles Darwin Foundation (CDF) – Interdisciplinary Fisheries Project “Socioecology, assessment and management of Galapagos artisanal fisheries: steps towards sustainability”.

- Organize field trips to collect biological samples and information related to Galapagos fisheries.
- Prepare and analyze biological samples for genetic and non-genetic purposes of commercially important species, including life history studies.
- Conduct fisheries data analysis and collaborate on scientific publications, reports, and outreach materials.
- Support the preparation and implementation of social research methodologies (i.e., qualitative and participatory).
- Collaborate in the design, development, and execution of educational and awareness workshops and events with the local community.
- Implement onboard cameras and review videos for commercial and research purposes.
- Supervise national and international volunteers, interns, and graduate students working on the project.
- Support other activities, meetings, and workshops required by the Galapagos National Park Directorate on fisheries issues (i.e., participatory processes with the Galapagos artisanal fishing sector on management and decision-making).
