Institutional arrangements for regional ocean governance. Fisheries and marine environmental research and management of tropical resources and ecosystems. I have worked on a wide variety of species: reef fishes, large pelagics, flyingfishes, conch, shrimp, groundfish. I have done biological research, resource assessment and management policy and planning. More recently I have also worked on participatory resource management. My experience also includes project management.
