CADME is a coalition of twenty five organizations working together for disaster preparedness with vulnerable communities of Andhra Pradesh and Orissa covering 582 most vulnerable communities and preparing the comunities to combat the pre-during and post-disaster situations. The chief functionary of CADME, Mr.Gurudutt Prasad, is the recipient of the UN SASAKAWA award for the year 2003/2004 for his outstanding efforts in mitigating the effects of multiple disasters.
