We are an NGO made up of multidisciplinary professionals with local, national and international experience, focused on contributing to the conservation of coastal marine areas of Peru through collaborative and trusting work with the men and women of local communities.

FONDEMAR promotes the conservation of coastal marine areas in Peru through the implementation of sustainable projects, working in collaboration with local communities, promoting their participation, environmental education and gender equality.

To be a leading conservation organization, where local communities in southern Peru play a leading role in the sustainable management of the marine-coastal zone.
