Activities
Formas is a state research council for sustainable development. We finance research and innovation, develop strategies, conduct analyses and evaluate. Our areas of activity are within the environment, areal industries and community development. We carry out research compilations that aim to make it easier for Sweden to achieve our environmental goals. In addition, we communicate about research and research results. We are also the host authority for the Climate Policy Council.
