We are the Secretariat in charge of the sustainable rural development of the State that promotes the mechanization and conservation of natural resources, the construction and maintenance of productive rural infrastructure, the health, safety and quality of agricultural products, the development of productive capacities and the competitiveness of agricultural products in national and international markets that increase the profitability of productive activities.
