*Manage and curate digital collections, including academic journals, databases, and institutional repositories. * Provide virtual reference and research support to students, faculty, and staff. * Facilitate access to online resources, ensuring usability and intuitive navigation. * Support information literacy by guiding users in advanced search strategies and resource evaluation. * Coordinate onboarding sessions and training workshops on the use of Aquinas Online Library. * Monitor and analyze usage statistics to improve services and resource allocation. * Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to support curriculum and research needs. * Evaluate and recommend new digital resources aligned with institutional and accreditation requirements. * Ensure 24/7 availability of library services and provide ongoing user support. * Assist in the development and continuous improvement of the library’s design and user experience. * Prepare reports and documentation for institutional review, audits, and accreditation processes. * Promote library services, resources, and tools through communication and outreach initiatives.
