Secondary school. Students from 12 to 18 years old.
The Institute opened its doors at the beginning of the 1988-1989 academic year and had as its provisional and digital name the nº. 8, although the name of the Cros made more popular fortune. In 1990, the collegiate bodies of the Center, after arduous debates, proposed what would be its definitive name: Institut Badia de Babel/Badía del Baver.
The initial dedication of its 16 units was to teach the Unified Polyvalent Baccalaureate (BUP) and University Orientation Course (COU), until the General Organization Law of the Educational System (LOGSE) was applied in the nineties, until completing the current design that houses 12 groups of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) and 6 of Baccalaureate, divided into two courses with their various modalities of Sciences and Humanities and Social Sciences.
