Ecolitic's consulting work focuses on helping organisations navigate complex environmental, social, governance (ESG), climate adaptation, and systems-transition challenges through strategic, interdisciplinary, and systems-based approaches. Drawing on expertise in environmental engineering, sustainable development, governance, and complex project management, our work across government, private industry, defence, infrastructure, finance, and community sectors to design practical pathways toward resilience, sustainability, and long-term value creation. Our work integrates ESG strategy, circular economy principles, climate-risk adaptation, stakeholder engagement, policy analysis, and systems mapping to help organisations respond to rapidly changing environmental and socio-economic conditions. A core feature of our consulting approach is the ability to connect technical, regulatory, operational, and cultural dimensions of complex problems, translating them into coherent strategies and implementation frameworks. This includes advising on supply chain optimisation, packaging transitions, biodiversity and climate considerations, governance reform, and sustainable business model innovation.
