Activities
Conducting research in marine and brackish water environment including the mangrove restoration/ecology, write proposals for raising funds, prepare awareness material. since we don't have a research vessel and the necessary funding, marine research is mainly performed as marine fauna observers or passive acoustic operator on seismic research vessels in the EEZ of Suriname. I am working on a form of collaboration with a multi-national to conduct eDNA research in the EEZ of Suriname, from the continental Shelf to the Demerara Plateau. I hope to be able to conduct this research in the near future.
