Summary	Following the request of the Chairman of the Intersessional Working Group (IWG) for the development of the IOC CD Plan, its Members contributed several interesting concepts and ideas to the plan. All the comments have now been incorporated in one document (IOC Capacity Development Draft Strategic Plan - V2.0) and this will form the basis of the discussion of the IWG which will meet on 10 and 11 December 2013 from 9 am to 5.30 pm in Room VI, UNESCO Fontenoy Building, Place Fontenoy, Paris 75007. Members are invited to download the document through the link below and to consider the various comments provided so far. Members who are unable to attend may follow the discussions through live video on mms://stream.unesco.org/live/room_6_floor.wmv During the discussions, remote viewers can send in their comments and suggestions by email to the Secretary of the Working Group, Dr. Mitrasen Bhikajee on m.bhikajee@unesco.org and these will be considered by the IWG during the session.
