The information contained herein should be as complete as possible and will be reproduced in the List of Participants only once it has been confirmed by the delegate present during the session. On the reception of this form, the secretariat will check that the name of the delegate does appear on the official list of delegation sent by the national coordinating body for liaison with the IOC. |
