| Summary | Using UNESTEAMS for Editing Preferably you will use the Microsoft Explorer Browser. Go to the IOC EC-49 Website ioc-unesco.org/EC-49. Click on the link in the description, or on the “IOC Staff Documentation UNESTEAMS” under “Documents”. Either will deliver you to IOC UNESTEAMS site. If using Explorer: Navigate through documents to your document. Select and click.. It should open a Windows Word session. Choose to check it out to edit it. Edit away. Save the document. It will automatically upload the recent save. When finally finished save and check-in the document. You will be prompted to enter a comment. Please do. If using another type of browser, or if accessing from a remote site: Again navigate to the document. Select the three dots next to the file name. A menu pops up. (or use Files tab at top of page). Select the three dots again and download the document. This will also check it out to you. This is a draft copy you may place anywhere on your computer you like. Be careful of getting it mixed up with previous draft copies. Edit it as you wish. Save it, locally. Drag and drop your copy back to the web site. Save it under the same name. Click on the three dots a couple of times and select Check-In. You will be prompted to enter a comment. Please do. |
