This Action Plan for National Decade Committees (NDCs) summarises the official outcomes of the in-person meetings during UNOC of the National Decade Committees, and provides a clear foundation for more coherent, inclusive and impactful implementation of the Decade, while helping align efforts across science, policy and society.
