| Summary | This document reports on drafting project proposal workshop held at Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Services (INCOIS), Hyderabad on November 04-07, 2009. This work is one part of a series of workshops implemented through the UNESCO / IOC Capacity Development Program (CDP) for the Indian Ocean Countries. The workshop was structured to develop skills in bid writing which could then be applied by the participants within their institutes. However it was additionally structured for delegates to implement bid writing skills which would lead to a framework of a proposal from the involved institutes for funding by external agencies. |
