| Summary | This document provides for the report of the ad hoc task team on the integration of IODE/JCOMM Responsible Oceanographic Data Centre for Drifting Buoys (RNODC/DB, operated by ISDM, Canada), and the JCOMM Specialized Oceanography Centre for Drifting Buoys (SOC/DB, operated by Météo France). The ad hoc Task Team was established by the fourth Session of the JCOMM Data Management Programme Area (Ostend, Belgium, 8-9 April 2010) and reviewed by the twenty-first Session of the IOC Committee on International Oceanographic data and Information Exchange (Liege, Belgium, 23-26 March 2011), which approved the recommendations from the ad hoc task team as detailed in this report. |
