I am interested in how long dolphins retain recognition of each others signature whistles. Furthermore I am interested in what social factors influence the retention of these memories. I'm also looking at signal meaning.

My experience is in studying the communication and behavior of whales and dolphins. My work now is mostly with captive populations in zoos and aquariums. I am skilled at acoustic analysis, behavioral observation, statistical methods and experimental design.
