I was a volunteer in the Coastal Solutions program and I participated in the sea level data analysis from numerical modelling, satellites and tide
gauge in Punta Soldado Island, Colombia. From this program, I got interested in the extreme events and their effect on the coast.

I'm willing to acquire atmosphere-wave-ocean modelling skills to better understand the wave dynamics occurring during tropical cyclones and to develop accurate estimations of oceanic and atmospheric variables. 

My programming skills have led to a particular interest in machine learning and data science. I'm passionate about its use in fields like physical oceanography, coastal management, meteorology, etc.
