I am involved with population studies involving the reproductive dynamics, recruitment, and population age structure and growth of important inshore game fish in the coastal Carolina region. These species include Striped Mullet (Mugil cephalus), Spotted Seatrout (Cynoscion nebulosis), Red Drum (Sciaenops ocellatus), Black Drum, Sheepshead, and Southern Flounder (Paralichthys lethostigma).
