Activities
As a researcher, I am involved in conducting
research and managing the implementation of defined research activities. My present research
focus is to reduce the vulnerability of coastal communities to changes in
climate change by improving their food security and dependent livelihoods through
increased awareness of the linkages between ocean, climate change, food
security and enhanced adaptation of the vulnerable communities in Nigeria.
I
am also working on the diversity and abundance of fish population and their response to
changes in climate. and conducting research to examine the behavior and
habitat of commercially important fishery, in the context of changing
oceanographic conditions in the some coastal waters.
