I have worked in the field of the marine and coastal environment for more than 20 years, as a marine bio-geochemist and oceanographer, research fellow, UN Environment staff member and consultant on the development, supervision and implementation of UN Environment, GEF and EC funded projects and programmes, globally and at the Large Marine Ecosystem (LME) level, as well as extensive work on the development of marine and coastal strategies, indicators, monitoring and assessments.
