Outline proposal for a streamlined federated data system for GOOS/IOC with defined actions, including consideration and roles of different component parts of the system: GOOS, IODE, OceanOPS, OCG, OBIS (and connection to wider stakeholder field) etc

Draft structure Session 7: Technical integration - 9 - User and system needs across IOC and Decade
The session is looking at user and system needs across IOC and the Decade; we will have worked for the first 1.5 days in working on an integrated data view across IODE and GOOS and across GOOS components. The aim with this session is to look more broadly at users and needs within IOC services and science, including the view from the Ocean Decade with is transformation for sustainable development aim. - 8 - What are the defined actions that could be taken to support developing this? Does the coordination structure support the technical ?
