MISSION
Promote studies of atmospheric conditions using scientific techniques and methods for the preparation of forecasts for public information on natural phenomena that may affect climate, air and sea navigation, and especially in the prevention of disasters caused by extreme natural phenomena such as Tropical cyclones.
VIEW
Provide the Honduran population with the necessary technical and scientific elements in the area of Meteorology that allow them to establish measures to adapt to the adversities caused by natural phenomena and lead the country towards sustainable development.
