Activities
Our program focuses on marine conservation in West Papua, Indonesia. We have a leatherback turtle nesting monitoring program on the largest nesting beach in the West Pacific Ocean in Tambrauw, Southwest Papua Province. The monitoring activities are combined with nest protection to achieve the goal of increasing the number of leatherback generations in the Western Pacific Ocean's subpopulation of leatherback turtles.
