Summary	This document was prepared after the decision of the IOC EC Member States to postpone the 53rd session of the EC to a later date due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It takes as a basis the Action Paper (IOC/EC-53/AP dated 26 April 2020). The detail of the Secretariat’s proposal for the interim approach to advancing the work covered under all agenda items, except those of logistical or procedural nature, are clearly identified in additional text boxes.
