This document presents an overview of the financial situation of the IOC Special Account at year-end 2022, including the proposed adjustments to 2022–2023 budgetary allocations and the updated forecast for year 2023. The Financial Report for the period 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 is provided in Annex in English only.
