Summary

This webinar will provide an overview of the new IOC Capacity Development Strategy 2023-2030 which was adopted by the 32nd Assembly of the IOC-UNESCO in June 2023. It will also present the Ocean CD-Hub, a global search engine of capacity development opportunities around the world, which can also serve as a tool to find existing CD initiatives and expertise in the IOCARIBE region. A regional overview of the priority CD needs in the region will be discussed to inform the regional CD workplan that aims to address the capacity gaps in the region.
