First Session of the IOCARIBE Capacity Development Working Group
Summary

The First Session of IOCARIBE Capacity Development Working Group ams to discuss and identify capacity development needs in the Tropical Americas and the Caribbean region. In addition, it seeks to support the development of capacities in Ocean Literacy as well as the deep sea and Areas Beyond National Jurisdinction. Last, I will review the IOCARIBE Capacity Development Working Group Terms of Reference and Work Plan.
