Tuesday, 13 October 2009, 9:30 - 13:00, Room X Theme 3: Ocean and Climate change, the impacts on and from the Ocean: adapting coastal communities to sea-level rise. Tuesday, 13 October 2009, 14:30 - 18:00, Room X Attention : Presenters are kindly requested to send their powerpoint presentations prior to the start of the meeting to the IOC Secretariat to c.morales-caselles@unesco.org IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS: Registrations will start at the reception desk at Fontenoy entrance at 13:30 on 12 October 2009. ACCESS TO ROOM X IS RESTRICTED ONLY TO REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS WITH A SPECIAL BADGE FOR THE ROUND TABLE. A maximum of only 3 badges per country will be available at the registration desk. Meeting Room XI will be available to national delegations with live retransmission of the roundtable debates Background Paper, including Themes Programme, list of documents and guidance on format
