Who can attend These meetings are by invitation only. Administration Administration for delegate participation for all meetings is being coordinated through the Secretariats of the respective groups. Prospective delegates from IOGOOS, IOP, SIBER and IRF should refer queries in respect to attendance, administration and logistics to their own respective Secretariats.
