Dr. Grado-Caffaro has capitalized on previous wireless sensor networks and mobile robotics international projects experience to gain strong knowledge on the industrial/commercial aspects of the broad area of wireless sensor networks, including their synergy with Space technology as well as on their applications, including ocean monitoring.
