Strong background in cetacean scientific field research and professional publication, report preparation, international policy and law research and writing, and implementing the provisions of the U.S. Endangered Species Act, Marine Mammal Protection Act, and National Environmental Policy Act. Experience with International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) at U.N. meetings.
