▪ As a Head of Phytoplankton Section responsible
for a team of 4 people, as per request acting as a Head of Environment Sub-division
- 25-30 people and standing in as the Deputy Director for resource management-
80-90 people. As Chief cruise leader responsible for 40-50 national and
international scientific and technical staff participated in scientific
cruises together with the captain of the research vessel. Responsible for project planning and budgeting
for Phytoplankton Section and the Environment Division.

maintenance and calibration of Fluorometer, FluoroProp, FlowCam, PAR sensor,
spectrophotometer, remote sensing, developing of database, data analysis from
in situ samples as well as from remote sensing, staff evaluation by
