I work for Wildlife Conservation Society(WCS) Bangladesh Program as A Marine Data Management officer, WCS Bamgladesh

1. Enter data, quality check, summarize and generate descriptive statistics for WCS BD marine data bases in excel and other software programs according to a standardized format.
2. Assist with advanced data analysis and modeling and generate maps and graphs for reports and presentations.
3. Ensure secure data storage and support documentation.
4. Assist with improving data collection, data entry and image processing protocols, and new data analysis tools.
5. Compile and review secondary information for developing MPA management plans, species assessments and marine spatial plans.
6. Provide support to the Marine Conservation Team and other WCS BD programs as necessary.

I am a Postdoctoral Associate at Cornell University in the Department of Natural Resources and the Environment. I recently completed my PhD in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at Mississippi State University (MSU), where my research focused on the spatiotemporal distribution of water quality in the dynamic Mississippi Coastal Waters using hydrodynamic modeling and species distribution analysis. Before my doctoral work, I earned a Master of Science in Wildlife, Fisheries, and Aquaculture from MSU, researching hydrological connectivity in the Lower Mississippi Alluvial Valley and the management of invasive carp species in floodplain ecosystems. My academic and professional journey is driven by a deep passion for environmental data science and a commitment to addressing global ecological challenges, including climate change, coastal water dynamics, remote sensing, and natural resource conservation.

I am a young Oceanographer.I am passionate about physical Oceanographic and Marine Ecology Research and coastal Development Research. I use Python and R, MATLAB ,and C++ for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.I like do research and work with Physical Oceanography , Ocean productivity, Biological effects on Ocean's optical properties), Coastal zone management, climate change , Coastal Climate hazards and distribution of temperature and salinity, Coastal, Deep-ocean processes, Acoustic Telemetry for Studying Migration Movements as well as computational Oceanography .I am currently working on Machine learning applications, Marine spatial Planning, and Ocean Tracking and detection.
