Estimation of recreational harvest statistics for Pacific halibut (Hippoglossus stenolepis), rockfishes (Sebastes), lingcod (Ophiodon elongatus), and sharks (Lamna ditropis, Somniosus pacificus, Squalus acanthias). Includes age, length, sex, and species composition, average weight, harvest biomass, and spatial distribution of effort and harvest. Periodic surveys of lingcod. Management of marine recreational groundfish fisheries, including formulating and analyzing regulatory proposals, providing sport harvest data to other agencies.
