 Dr. Andrei Polejack is Director of Research and Innovation at the Brazilian National Institute for Ocean Research (INPO). With more than 20 years of experience in ocean and polar policy, he specializes in ocean science diplomacy, international scientific cooperation, and the science–policy interface. He has contributed to major international initiatives to strengthen Atlantic Ocean cooperation. His research explores how science can support more equitable and effective global ocean governance.
