Reporting to the Director, Engagement & Knowledge Mobilization, the Manager Impact & Capacity Development is responsible for monitoring ONC’s metrics and key performance indicators; promoting pathways for growing ONC’s impact by creating opportunities to share knowledge, develop capacities and gain experience working with ocean science, data and technologies. The role grows and develops ONC’s Ocean ArtScience Community of Practice and provides oversight of ONC’s Artist in Residence program. The Manager Impact & Capacity Development leads unit activities guided by the goals outlined in ONC’s 2030 Strategic Plan and collaborates with all other divisions of ONC. The User Engagement Officer and Artist in Residence report to this position.
