In the past few years, I worked at Coastal Dynamics Lab (LDC, BR) at Universidade de São Paulo (IO-USP). During my BSc research, I studied the Guarda do Embaú geomorphology, associating the local dynamics, the shoreline and sea level variations to interannual climatic events. In this process, I gained experience with the programs: Delft 3D (numerical modeling), QGIS, Surfer and Google Earth Pro (geoprocessing), Python and PACMARE (harmonic oscillations) and Past3 (geostatistics). These experiences gave me a great background in field, lab and writing skills related to coastal dynamics research. On my PhD I'm studying ocean controlled sedimentation, subglacial water outflow and ice shelf basal melting, influences on ice sheet stability.
