I am a Honduran biologist specialising in coastal management and marine ecology. I hold a Master's in the Integrated Management of Tropical Coastal Areas. I have experience conducting research on artisanal fisheries, marine algae and Sargassum dynamics, and leading capacity-building workshops with coastal communities. I am currently an associated researcher at CIMAR UCR, and I serve as the Ocean Literacy Coordinator for IOCARIBE-UNESCO, supporting the establishment of the Caribbean Blue Schools.
