I am currently a doctoral student in Management and Conservation of the Sea at the UCA-CEIMAR. Graduated with a master's degree in Management and Territorial Planning from USEVILLA and Topographical Engineer from UNIVALLE. I also participated as a lecturer and have published articles.

I have six (6) years of experience in plans, programs, and projects related to Geomatics and Topography. The development of Geographic Information Systems -GIS for public and private organizations. He participated as an advisor and consultant in the areas of planning and formulation of public policies. In turn, he developed indicators for monitoring climate policies for international organizations such as the WWF.

I am passionate about and have a special interest in issues of sustainable development, geopolitics, and maritime security.
