Activities
Main Responsabilities:
Work closely with programme teams and the Director General to support the development and continuous improvement structures;
Develop, improve and update methodologies and tools for data collection, analysis and processing, ensuring that these are gender specific and effectively show the impacts of our training, activities and projects;
Plan, conduct and analyse initial, interim and final questionnaires;
Develop plans and review and update them regularly, in close coordination with teams;
Project Monitoring and Information Management
Working with programme teams to implement the plan, processes and tools, ensuring quality standards and inclusion of all, regardless of gender, age, ability, literacy or language;
Data collection (initial and final questionnaires, group discussions, interviews with key people, etc) and data entry;
Support in setting up and overseeing programme database and beneficiary counting programmes in accordance with programme requirements. Be the focal point for the management of this data;
Ensure that all related data is properly organized and archived.
Analysis and Reporting
Perform analysis of quantitative and qualitative data;
Write reports presenting the results of the analysis and share the findings in the appropriate format;
Ensure that this all findings are documented appropriately for donors, partners and communities, and the data is being used in learning activities;
Contribute to monthly reports, donor reports and grant proposals.
Evaluation, Review and Learning
Investigate and conduct analysis of different data sources;
Share relevant findings with project teams in the appropriate format and follow up on their implementations;
Provide support to project teams and partners in documenting learning;
Collect best practices and studies that demonstrate qualitative and quantitative changes over a given period;
Lead in data consolidation;
Organize and support periodic reviews of monitoring and learning events.
